Pilates & Yoga
The Loft is home to many different styles of Yoga and Pilates classes. From beginners to advanced levels, we offer both Pilates Mat & Pilates Group Reformer classes along with a multitude of yoga styles. Classes are offered at our home studio in Downtown Saint Augustine, Florida as well as various pop-up locations such as Vilano Beach, Ximenez-Fatio House Museum, Jimmy Hula’s, Amici’s Ballroom on Anastasia Island, and Dr. Robert B. Hayling Freedom Park. As a part of our mantra of Freedom 2 Be You, we also offer weekly virtual classes to fit your needs and lifestyle.
Morning, afternoon and evening sessions available
Pilates Reformers are state-of-the-art, hand-crafted equipment designed by Joseph Pilates, himself. Our Reformer sessions are customized training sessions designed to provide the Pilates enthusiast with the finest in post-rehab, Physical therapy, athletic conditioning, and very personal training. Each session is designed for your specific needs -- no one-size-fits-all workouts here!
