Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All classes and teacher schedules are available online up to a month ahead of time. Feel free to browse through our teachers and their classes and choose which is best for you. Our classes are very busy, that being said it is suggested that online reservations be done at lease a few days before class. All off site classes, including SUP Yoga & Beach Yoga, you are required to register and pay at least 24 hours before the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All classes and private reformer sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your scheduled classes or scheduled appointment; we require 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in the charge for your full appointment cost onto the card on file (or class card where applicable,)

CHECK-IN:

For all classes please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We start classes at the exact scheduled time, locking our doors. If you do not make it to class in time and don’t give us notice you will be late you will forfeit your spot in the class with no refund. All Pilates Privates Reformer Session we ask you to arrive 15 before your class with the same no call /no show / late policy. First time clients please arrive 20-30 minute prior to your first session to fill out required paperwork.

FACILITIES:

Our facilities are brand new and we are very excited to have you at the Pilates Yoga Loft. We just ask that you please respect both our downstairs Pilates studio as well as our upstairs yoga loft. There is a few Bathroom locations through out the building. All classes before 10:00am or after 6:00pm please use only the Pilates studio bathroom. From 10:00am- 6:00pm please use the main entrance to the Coconut Barrel and there you will see two bathroom located on the left. There is not a bathroom located on the second floor. Thank you in advance for respecting the studios.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

For any / all current medical concerns please be very clear on your intake form of all concerns you may have. Pilates Reformer clients, you are required to fill out an intake for and disclose any relevant medical conditions to your instructor.
